We're looking for a warm, reliable, and highly interactive caregiver for our 5-year-old son. He's energetic, loves soccer, learns quickly, and thrives with engaging play and guidance. The ideal candidate is college-educated (preferably in early childhood education or a related field), experienced with preschool development, and comfortable supporting early learning skills. Strong communication is essential, along with a friendly, patient presence. Mom works from home, and he'll be enrolled in an online learning program, so the caregiver must also help him navigate lessons and stay on track. If you enjoy working with young children, bring structure with warmth, and can create a fun, supportive environment, we'd love to connect. Our interests and values include encouraging education, creativity, and a love for learning. Our family enjoys soccer, nature, hands-on activities, and helping our son grow as a confident leader. We value curiosity, comprehension, early learning skills (numbers, words, syllables), and creating an environment where he can learn with both his mind and his hands. Soccer, spending time with family, being creative such as drawing, painting using slime and play doh, displaying leadership by helping people and overall just learning about his world by asking a lot of questions lol The education part is a big piece here because mom works from home and is not able to fully assist with at home learning. So a college education and early school development is a must in aiding his personal development and growth. Early childhood development strategies and skills to help him thrive. He's currently leaving the school environment and having someone still keep him active, creative and thinking through fun and engaging activities are a necessity. Yes No pets
