Title: Looking for a Loving & Reliable Nanny Needed for Our 6-Month-Old in Frederick MD. Description: We are a warm, caring family seeking a reliable, experienced, and nurturing nanny to care for our 6-month-old baby girl in our home in Fredrick MD. This position is for someone who truly loves working with infants and is looking to build a long-term relationship with our family. About us: - This is our first and only child for now - We are a husband and wife in our 30's and hybrid workers - We live in a townhome - We are Christians- Nigerian/American - We own a little dachshund (12 pounds, Male) - It's important to us to be as Kind, respectful and communicative as possible in our daily lives and interactions. Schedule: -We are seeking help mostly on the weekdays. The days of the week and the time of the day may change on a weekly basis, depending on our work schedule. However currently, we are looking to start with Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and eventually more to Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday . 3-4 hours a day. Responsibilities: -Provide loving, attentive care to our baby -Follow baby's nap, feeding, diaper changes and play schedule -Engage in age-appropriate activities to encourage development -Light baby-related housekeeping (e. g. bottle washing, tidying toys) -Communicate with parents throughout the day (text updates when necessary) -On very rare occasions, we may need you to attend an event with us so you can watch the baby. Requirements: -3+ years of nanny experience, preferably with infants -CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain) -Non-smoker -Up-to-date on vaccinations (including flu, COVID, Tdap) -Reliable transportation -Comfortable with pets -Will do a security check if asked. -Comfortable working in a home with security cameras -Please absolutely NO posting or recording our child, any persons, or our home - not for personal use or for social media. Qualities: -Calm, patient, respectful and responsive -Familiar with developmental milestones -Flexible and easy to communicate with -An overall protector to our child. -Hardworking, proactive and reliable.
