Looking For Nanny/Mothers Helper For 2 Year Old In Finksburg

Hi there! Im looking for a nanny/mothers helper primarily for my 2-year-old son. I also have two older boys, 10 and 12, who are fairly self-sufficient, but need a little help here and there. I have a medical condition that severely limits my mobility and ability to do much with my kiddos, so Im looking for someone who can step in and do what I cant with them. I would generally be home, and would love to be able to find a balance of still being present with my kids in the ways I can, and also getting to have some time off to work on my own healing. We live in Finksburg, and would love to find someone to start asap. Hours are generally 12-5 Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri. We also do need to use a payroll service for payment.
