Babysitter Needed For 2 Children In Ellicott City

We are really looking for a reliable consistent babysitter. Our min is 15-20hr per MONTH and max of 30-35hrs per month. We travel a lot for work and we need another set of hands to help during the week to get the kids off the bus, to sports/events, get homework and things done and get them fed. Times would vary but could be from the time they get off the bus around 4pm, until 8/830 p.m. that night. We can't always promise time every week, but do need consistent help throughout the month. We really need someone with their own transportation who is comfortable driving a child around. We pay about $20/hr for helping with our 10 and 7 yo. In general we know 3-4 weeks ahead what our schedule will be and we like to plan and get it on calendars then. This is a great position to pair with other part time work.
