Long Term Nanny For 2 Rambunctious Boys

Hi we're looking for a nanny who can help me for a couple hours a day. I work from home as a software developer so I need someone to help occupy and play with the older two so I can focus more on work as needed. We have two boys, a 3-year-old and a 1-year-old. They love dinosaurs, cars, paw patrol, Ms Rachel, Bluey, and anything else really. Our daughter is a month old and for now I will take care of all her needs as I breastfeed and can baby wear. We do have a giant dog but he is kept separated from the kids as he is too big to safely interact with them and you won't have to either if you are uncomfortable. He is super friendly though. We have a whole play area set up for them indoors, a huge yard to play in and a park and beach close by. THIS WILL BE A LONG TERM POSITION! We are hoping to find someone who can stay with us for 2 years.
