My wife and I work high demand jobs. I am in sales and my wife works in tech. Our days start at about 5:30 a.m. Baby is only 5 months old so keeping them entertained is easy. Baby is fairly advanced and does require a bit of attention and interaction. Our work days usually run until 5 p.m. w the exception of mine. They can be fairly unpredictable because of being in sales.
