Looking For A Part Time Nanny

We are looking for a part time nanny for my 2. 5-year-old daughter and future baby brother (due in April, would need help for both likely in July/August and would adjust rate then). We are looking for two days ideally between Mon and Wed. We are a laid back family that loves the outdoors, reading, and being creative. Payment would need to be on the books but we can guarantee hours and provide sick time. My daughter is pretty awesome (not that I’m biased :) lots of smiles, loves playing outside, music, and crafts. And is also a typical toddler starting to push some boundaries. Tasks include playing, taking my daughter to playground, music class, library, etc.. diaper changing, giving her lunch, washing dishes and laundry related to my daughter, etc anyone with Montessori experience would be a plus!
