We are looking for a full time nanny beginning in July/August 2024 to provide infant (approximately 12 weeks old at start date) care. Responsibilities include: - Prioritize baby's needs, keeping baby fed, changed, clean, and comfortable - Adept at managing baby's routine as provided by the parents - Communicate effectively and often with the parents - Encourage play and developmental activities - Take baby outside, weather permitting, including walks around the neighborhood - Bottle cleaning and preparation - Keep baby's room and play areas clean and tidy - Baby's laundry - Light housework, including tidying common areas - Activities and responsibilities to change as baby's needs change - Other duties as assigned Ideal candidate: - Energetic, gentle, and nurturing - Minimum 3 years experience - Flexible, willing to help out as needs arise or change - Genuine passion for working with children - Reliable transportation to commute to family's home - Punctual and dependable, as both parents have busy work schedules Note: - Both parents work full time from the home - Willing to submit a background check - Require at least one reference - Must be eligible to work in the U. S. - Family travels frequently, and will request that while away plants are watered, packages and mail are brought inside, etc.
