We are seeking a reliable, experienced nanny to care for our almost 2-year-old. If you are someone who: speaks fluent English, lives close to Columbia, MD, and has a reliable car, has experience caring for 1 to 3-year-olds, loves teaching, playing, and engaging with children, has at least 3 recent references from previous families, is comfortable getting paid through payroll software (eg: HomePay), enjoys providing structure and routine, wants to form a care team with us (the parents) for our little one, can work 40-45 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 PM), has infant CPR training and is willing to undergo a crimal background check, is comfortable with a rate of $23-25/hour, plus 2 weeks of PTO and 5 sick days, then we want to hear from you!
