Babysitter Needed On A Variable Monthly Basis

I have kind of a unique childcare need. I have one son, who is 10 years old. My husband will be traveling for work once a month for the next several months. The length of his travel will vary from a few days to two weeks. My schedule is varied and I may not know what my work schedule will be until a week before. I would need someone, mostly during weeknights but there could be some weekends, to watch my son and make sure his evening goes according to routine. Homework, dinner, shower, etc. This could be up to three days a week during my husband's travel periods.
