Evening Care Needed For 1 Child In Columbia

I'm looking for part time childcare to help with day care pickup 2-3 times per week and evening transition (5-8 pm) for 1 child (13 months old). If you are available Saturday evenings, but not required. Must have transportation. Job includes day care pickup, light baby related housework (washing bottles and baby laundry), nightly baths, and feeding the baby. Would prefer someone who can cook and do meal preparation for the baby as well as our dinner during the week on occasion. We do have a small dog (toy poodle) who also needs to be taken out and for occasional walks so please consider that when applying. Must have background check and references available.
