Flexible Nanny/Assistant For 1 Year Old Boy

This is an extremely flexible position. Looking for a mix of either one-time or recurring care. Our situation: my wife works from 8am-4:30 p.m. M-F in Hunt Valley. I work for myself and our 1year old boy comes with me daily. For my schedule this is fine but there are times where it becomes difficult to get work done and structure his activities at the same time. He would love the opportunity to have more playtime and more focused learning. I am not in need of a full-time nanny, but for the right fit, we can definitely accommodate more hours. We have 1 Dog and 2 Cats at home. Having a car is a must, we live in Hereford, but spend most of the work week between downtown Baltimore and Cockeysville.
