My child requires care and attention. My husband and I may be home most days where the care is needed. The ideal day looks like caring for the child by helping them reach their milestones, occasionally taking them downstairs to the park in front of the apartment building. We are very hands on parents so ideally the caregiver is okay having company every now and then. The day looks like arriving around 7:30 a.m. and leaving around 4:30 p.m. During that timeframe, the caregiver would change diapers, assist with tummy time, naps, feedings, and activities. If light housework is needed and they're comfortable washing dinner or folding laundry, that would be great too.
