No special care. A typical day looks like: wakes by 7 a.m. gets first bottle. Roughly around 1030 second bottle and second nap for 45 min to 1 hour. 3 nap and bottle at around 130 for about 45 min. Last nap with bottle at around 5 for about 30 min. Bath, bottle, and lotion at 730-830 as bedtime procedures. She likes to be outside when the weather permits. We have a like that simulates a space type theme she loves.
