This role requires patience, creativity, and the ability to engage with children of various ages. Engage children in age-appropriate activities such as games, crafts, etc. Maintain open and clear communication regarding the children's activities, behaviors, and any concerns. Be prepared to handle emergencies calmly and communicate appropriately. Comfortable working in employers home. Both children are potty trained, have no allergies, and enjoy dinosaurs and unicorns. They communicate very well and enjoy active play.
