We are a loving family seeking a dedicated and experienced nanny to support our 7-year-old child who is AuDHD (Autistic and ADHD). Our child is bright, creative, and full of energy, and we are looking for someone who can provide a nurturing and structured environment that fosters their development while respecting their unique needs. The job entails collaborating with parents to establish and maintain consistent behavioral expectations and strategies, reinforcing positive behaviors and addressing challenges with an authoritative yet compassionate approach. Helping her get ready in the morning and making sure she takes her ADHD medication. Routine is extremely important. The hours would be 6:00- 8:30/8:45 until the bus picks her up. We would prefer a babysitter who has their own car, who does not smoke and who is comfortable with pets.
