We are looking for a reliable, caring, and experienced nanny for our newborn son. Both parents work long hours, leaving the house around 6 a.m. and returning around 8 PM, so we need someone who is dependable and comfortable with a consistent full-day schedule. About our baby: He is a sweet newborn who thrives with a calm, gentle caregiver. His ideal day includes feeding, diaper changes, supervised awake time, tummy time, soothing/rocking, and plenty of naps. We appreciate someone who is confident with newborn care and responsive to his cues. What were looking for: Newborn experience Comfort with a long daytime shift Light baby-related tasks (bottles, baby laundry, tidying his areas) Someone comfortable with dogs and attentive CPR/First Aid certified preferred Non-smoker Our ideal nanny: Loves babies, is punctual, communicates well
