About the job

We have a 1. 5yo daughter and are expecting twins in April 2026. My husband and I work full time but our schedules fluctuate, especially his. He works as a firefighter/paramedic and is also in the National Guard. We will need some extra hands by the time the babies come. My mother-in-law lives with us (in-law suite in the basement) and currently helps us with our daughter on the days we both happen to be working. She will be around to help sometimes but is older and cannot handle three at a time. My mother is also available when we need her but does not live close. We also have two friendly dogs that sometimes add to the chaos. Were looking for someone who can help us with daily child care, has a love for babies and toddlers, and hopefully has experience with managing a few at once.
