Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Baltimore

We are expecting our first baby January 2026 and will be looking for a nanny starting April/May of 2026. We would need consistent care 3 days a week with possibly some additional care Jan-April while I'm on maternity leave. I am a dermatology NP and my husband owns a furniture company 10 mins from our house. We have some schedule flexibility with my husband's job, but we are generally both out of the house on workdays by 8 a.m. and home around 5:30 p.m. We have a large, sweet, very lazy dog that has a dog walker so would generally not be your responsibility. We love the outdoors and hope to find a caregiver open to taking our baby to the park, library, and baby events around Baltimore. We plan for a screen-free environment. Ultimately we want someone who can feel like family over the next years as our baby grows up.
