Our goal is for them to be fluent Spanish speakers early on, so we ask that you speak only Spanish with them (100%). One parent will always be home, and were seeking someone flexible as we establish routines. Your main focus will be language immersion and early developmenttalking, reading, singing, and engaging with the babiesalong with feeding, changing, and supporting naps. No housework or cooking is required. We value reliability, warmth, and strong communication. Minimal screen time is important to us.
