Babysitter Needed For 1 Elementary Schooler In Baltimore

Were looking for a babysitter for our 7-year-old. He is active, clever, loves going to the library. We need someone to take care of him outside of the house while my wife and I work from home. He's kind, listens well, is a bit strong-willed. The right person can be a trusted adult for him and helps hold boundaries and responsibilities we've set for him. This role can grow to babysitting him in our home on weekends and build up to overnights which would include some pet care. We have a 13 and 16-year-old as well who do not need care, but would be present at home. We'd ask that you support our 7-year-old's schedule which may involve asking the older boys to step away so he can concentrate. Activities in the house are welcome, we ask that you and the kids work together to clean everything up after. Please be comfortable with pets.
