I am looking for a new part time babysitter starting in January. I have a daughter who will be 3 and a son who will be 19 months. We are expecting our 3rd in early February but this is for the older two. My need is for flexible weekday help - either morning (8/9 a.m. - 12p) or afternoon (1p-4p), 2-3 days per week to start. There could be an occasional weekend need as well. Things Im looking for in a candidate: - must have recent experience babysitting 2 young children (history of summer nannying/au pair would be great) - must have your own reliable car - in the Baltimore area for the next 1-2 years & anticipates a flexible schedule that would allow babysitting not only in the spring but to continue throughout the year - no smoking - comfortable with pets -CPR certified - will ask for recent babysitting recommendation Thank you!
