The MOST important thing to us is that you truly love our son, never take shortcuts with him, are proactive and don't need to be told what to do, and put 100% effort into everything you do. *About you* -Kind, joyful, helpful attitude -Hold yourself to extremely high standards -Detail oriented, nothing gets by you -Attentive to child development, can balance learning and fun -Vaccinated, non-smoker *About Job* -5-month-old -Mom works from home -$20 per hour; negotiable based on experience -Guaranteed 40 full-time hours after April 15 with paid sick, holidays -Must be willing to do light housekeeping (tidying up), meal prep for parents, household laundry, and all baby chores (bottles, laundry, etc.).
