Nanny Needed 3-4 Days A Week July-January

We are looking for a nanny for our daughter who will be 4 months old in July. We have more flexibility with hours during the summer but once the schoolyear starts, we need around 27-32 hours a week spread over 3-4 days, ideally Monday and Friday + one to two more days. We both work in schools, so we need someone who can come on the earlier side at around 7:15. This job would end in January. We want someone who loves being around babies and is able to provide a loving and stimulating environment to our daughter. We live in a large rowhome in Locust Point near public transportation and walking distance to parks, cafes, and restaurants.
