Salary: $3k/month We value communication and collaboration. We prefer that we collectively over communicate to make sure we're on the same page and the kids get a near seamless experience amongst the care giver and parents (and additional family members). Our toddler (19 months) is still working to fully transition away from milk. We're taking it slow with having her sleep on her own at night but she's gotten better about sleeping on her own for naps after she goes down. Our 7-year-old (who's with us half the time) really only needs school pickup and drop off occasionally. We both work from home. We have one dog (older German Shepard) who's friendly. Prior experience with toddler aged children, including supporting transition to solids, potty training, etc strongly preferred. References required. Car required.
