Seeking Caregivers For Back Up Care - located in Worcester, MA

Fantastic Sitters is seeking caregivers to provide care on an as-needed basis for families in the Worcester area and beyond. I am looking for reliable professionals with experience caring for children 6 months and older. This position will start on or after November 24th. Most positions are part-time, with full-time opportunities available. Jobs typically occur during weekdays (Monday-Friday), with start times between 7-9 a.m. and end times between 4-6 p.m. While I'll prioritize placing you close to home, I'll ask that you're willing to travel up to 30 minutes when needed. To be considered, you must commit to a minimum of 2 consistent weekdays per week for one year. While the specific assignments may vary week to week, you'll be expected to maintain availability on your committed days (for example, every Tuesday and Thursday, or every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday). Minimum requirements to apply: 18 years old or older by your available start date High School Diploma or Equivalent 2 years of childcare experience verifiable by references 3 childcare related references Able to legally work in the United States Have reliable transportation CPR and First Aid Certified, both for Children/Infants (or willing to become certified) Have a passion for working with children Willing to undergo an extensive background check Willing to make a 1-year commitment Pay is $24/hour.
