Flexible Part Time Care For 2 Children In Worcester, Starts Late Summer/ Fall.

We are looking for a great nanny for 2 children (2. 5y, 6 months) in Worcester. We would prefer a nanny who has their own car and who does not smoke. Hours are irregular and would include early mornings (6:30 a.m. start) with the option for long days if desired (grandparents are around for evening care). On off weeks of work, schedule can be flexible with later mornings and choosing days of nanny's preference so mom can answer emails, attending meetings or do housework/ errands. Ideal would be a guaranteed 12 hours/ week but guaranteed 100h available per month. Looking for a long-term relationship into the fall and potential for helping drive to preschool 2 days/ week. Potential for earlier start (June/ July) for the right fit
