Looking For A Nanny With Flexible Hours In Winchester

Hello! We are the N. family and we are locating to Winchester this summer. We are brand new to the area and looking to find a nanny (20-40h/week). We hope to find someone who, above all else, will be a loving, fun, and steady presence for our boys! We have two sons - T. (5 yr, will be starting kindergarten in the fall) and R. (currently 7 mo). We are primarily looking for care for R. but also may need help with T. before/after school and on days off. I work from home primarily. My schedule alternates but is generally 7a-330p M-F. My husband is an ER physician with an ever-varying schedule, so we are looking for flexibility! We can guarantee a minimum of 20 hours but up to (and most commonly) 40 hours a week. Must love dogs!!! We have a beloved 10-year-old cocker spaniel who is a bit anxious much more comfortable with "dog people" :)
