Looking For Not Just A Nanny But Someone To Be A Part Of Our Lives

My husband and I are new parents to baby girl Sophia who was born in May. We both work remote full time in corporate America. We have a quiet neighborhood, a fenced in yard with a pool, a finished basement all making for great spaces to care for our baby in all seasons. My husband and I don't just want a nanny but someone who can integrate into our lives as we have no family here. We have two dogs. Moose is a 90lb shepherd husky with all the love to give he's the sweetest boy and loves every human. Dakota is a 60 lb lab mix rescue. She does require someone who is not scared of dogs. She is a very anxious girl and takes some getting used to / warming up to. She is very protective of her mom and sister but with time will love you too. This is a CRITICAL aspect to finding child care as Dakota and moose will be in the home at all times.
