My wife Jen and I are both physicians who work My wife Jen and I are both full time doctors in Boston hospitals and live in Wayland with our 2 kids (16-year-old daughter and 11-year-old son) and 2-year-old labradoodle. For the last decade, we have had au pairs living with us, which worked well for us when the kids were little, but we no longer need that level of childcare, as our kids are now more independent. Our current au pair is scheduled to depart in mid-January, and after that, we will be looking for part time help primarily in the afternoons, with occasional evenings and rarely a weekend day or overnight when we are traveling for work. Help also needed with keeping our house organized, light housework, meal prep, family laundry, running errands, and basic dog care. About 15-20 hrs/wk, need your own car.
