Both boys have special needs though very high functioning. The older one has ADHD while the younger one is very high functioning and on the autism spectrum. The ideal caregiver will be heart centered, kind, positive, a good listener, perceptive and fun loving. Mom and Dad are working full time. The ideal care giver will do laundry once a week, serve after school snack, prepare dinner when needed, pick up after school when needed, drop off or pickup for sports practice when needed. It would be a bonus if the caregiver had knowledge and/or passion for the NBA or NFL or Pokemon or would be willing to shoot baskets in the driveway hoop.
