Part Time Moms Helper For Two Boys

Fun family with 2 energetic boys (4. 5 & 2. 5yo) looking for an extra grown up to join us part-time after preschool to lend mom a hand. Looking for someone who enjoys interacting with kids, isn't afraid to get messy, but also helps set boundaries and cares for the growth and safety of our kids. Duties include helping with light kid related chores ( for example- kid laundry, change bed sheets, wiping surfaces), helping prepare snacks/easy meals, and tidying up kid spaces. Our family just moved to MA from FL-- we are very warm (like a good pun), and value kindness, honesty, and growth. Our 4. 5yo loves science and all things animal related. Bugs were his first real passion and he is very good at spotting them! He really loves exploring nature and is a very curious kid! He is also a whiz at building with blocks and magnatiles. Our 2. 5yo loves what big brother loves! But especially enjoys puzzles and dinosaurs and Mickey Mouse. He is a complete ham and is exploding with new words and phrases every day! Both boys really love going outside. They thrive with messy play like the sandbox, "gardening," and science experiments. Mom needs help because handling both boys alone is a single job-- so things like preparing dinner and cleaning and baths are extremely difficult single handed. Our oldest has speech delays and sensory differences he is in therapy for. These do impact his behaviors when he is bothered by something, but he is constantly improving! We have boundaries and systems in place which help our kiddo enjoy being a kiddo. We're looking for someone who has patience, great energy, likes to go outside, and is a great self starter. Parking at home Two terrier mixes, 13yo, 15 pounds each. Very sweet.
