Nanny Needed For My Children In Springfield.

I have a 1-year-old and an 8-year-old. I am currently taking on a new position as an assistant manager at the job that I have. Im also in a program this is a faith base transitional program for homeless or nearly homeless women in their children so theres requirements of me in this program as as the requirements of me at my job as I mentioned, I took on this new position so now I am required to have a certain amount of hours every week as well as as I have to either open or close on certain days and I most definitely have to work on the weekends so thats my issue. Is that if I dont have any care for my children in the evenings or on the weekends or the days that I close or open, etc. etc. So Im trying to figure out a consistent nanny that can help me out with this.
