Childcare Help Needed While Mom Recovers From Surgery

I'm having a major surgery in February. We don't have a surgery date yet, but I'm estimating sometime between Feb 4th - Feb 25th. I'm a stay at home mom, but for a few weeks, possibly up to a month, we'd like to have extra help while I recover. The person we choose will never be alone at the house as my husband works from home and I'll be sleeping in another room after I'm discharged. My mother-in-law will also be available to help with childcare, so it would be very supplemental help with the kids. It's hard to know exact times, but at the moment, I'm thinking help between 11am-5 p.m. on weekdays. My son is 5 and is obsessed with playing pretend, puzzles, and board games. He's very easy to win over with creative fun. My daughter will be 1 soon and I'm hoping someone can help keep her on a good nap schedule.
