Responsibilities Provide attentive, nurturing care throughout the day Support daily routines: feeding, diaper changes, naps, and playtime Prepare simple, age-appropriate meals and bottles Plan and guide developmental play—reading, sensory activities, floor time, outdoor walks, etc. Keep play areas and baby gear clean and organized Track nap times, meals, and milestones for parent updates Handle light household tasks directly related to the baby (e. g., washing bottles, baby laundry) What We’re Looking For Experience caring for infants, ideally with references CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it Someone calm, communicative, reliable, and comfortable making decisions independently Ability to maintain a structured routine while staying flexible when needed A genuine love of working with babies
