Seeking Mother's Helper And / Or Babysitter For 3-yr-old In Norfolk (4-10 Hrs / Week)

Hello! We're looking for occasional help around the house / caring for and playing with our son (3 years old). Schedule is flexible, but ideally someone who can do evening time 1 or more days per week (for 'at-home date night'). Open to someone in school looking for a mother's helper job to build experience, up to someone with lots of experience. Pay based on experience. Requirements: warm, patient, dependable, excellent references, non-smoker, up-to-date on vaccinations, has own transportation, excited to talk lots about buttons and pretend play about riding elevators :)
