Nanny For Our Little Ones - Weekday Afternoons

We live in Newton and my wife is pregnant with a baby boy, due in June. We have two other young boys too, ages 4 and 7. We are looking for a home helper who can primarily help out with the baby after he is born, as well as assist with light housework and watch our other kids as needed. We're looking for weekday afternoon help, 1 p.m. through 5 p.m. or 6 p.m. Looking to start out with occasional help but with flexibility to turn into a more frequent schedule down the road, especially after baby is born, to hopefully give mom some relief! Prior experience with babies is desired.
