Nanny For 1.5 Year Old And Newborn (special Needs Experience Desired); Natick, MA

We are looking for an experienced Nanny to take care of our two daughters. We have a 1. 5-year-old daughter who has cerebral palsy and needs special attention to help her with her physical therapy exercises etc. The right fit would be someone who has experience with kids with similar disabilities and/or is eager to learn about her condition and the exercises she needs to do on a daily basis to help her progress. Must be willing/able to get on the floor and be active with her. In addition, the nanny will need to care for our future newborn daughter who is due in September 2024 (Mom will be home for maternity leave (8-12 weeks) but could use the extra help during the day during this time). Lastly, we have a 3-year-old Australian Cattle dog. The right fit will need to like/feel comfortable around dogs. We need a Nanny to have reliable transportation to help with transportation to appointments as needed. We will do the brunt of that, but will need someone to fill in occasionally. Ideal start is September 1, 2024 but we can be flexible about a start date. Pay will be based on experience/fit.
