Part-time Infant/Toddler Nanny In Marblehead

We are looking for a kind, patient, fun, engaging nanny for our 18-month-old son while I work from home part-time (20-25 hours per week, preferably 7am-12 p.m. but some flexibility with days/times) starting 1/5. Our boy is happy and active, and we are seeking someone to match his energy! He loves playing, music, dancing, being outside, and interacting with his caregiver and other children. We are also expecting a baby girl towards the end of January and there will be the opportunity to increase hours during the newborn months (likely February-May). During my maternity leave, responsibilities will remain primarily with our son, but care would include both children once I return to work in June. References to your experience with infant and toddler care and current Tdap vaccine (by the time the newborn arrives) required.
