PCA Needed For 1 Child

I have a 10 year girl with special needs. She is the sweetest thing in the world. I'm looking for a PCA that can help with weekends 8am-5 p.m. She does not walk or talk so the ideal person would be someone who loves children and enjoys doing activities such as reading books, painting, crafts, music, singing etc. Someone very bubbly and expressive will help my daughter engage with her environment. She requires diaper changes, feedings and transfers. She weights 85lbs so someone strong who is able to transfer her is necessary. We also have a Goldendoodle who has a lot of energy but is also very good once she is introduced to you, she is medium sized weighing 45lbs. There is lots to learn when working with special children, I'm willing to train the right individuals.
