Part Time Nanny For Toddler & Deaf Infant

We are looking for a part-time caregiver for our two boys, ages 3 and 1. Our youngest is Deaf and has a cochlear implant. The perfect match would have experience with toddlers and babies and familiar with (or willing to learn) basic ASL. My husband is a firefighter with a rotating schedule. We are hoping to find someone with the flexibility to be available on his 2-3 days at the station. These vary week by week. We are looking for someone to begin in late August, as I am a teacher and will be returning to school.
