I'm looking for a compassionate, patient, and reliable caregiver to support my amazing son, who is on the autism spectrum. He is kind, energetic, and thrives with gentle structure, creativity, and someone who understands his unique needs. I'm looking for help mostly on weekday evenings, with an occasional Saturday or Sunday from 9-2. However, hours will be variable depending on my needs due to the nature of my job, so flexibility is preferred! Ideally, you will have experience with children with autism or neurodiverse needs, a reliable car, clean driving record, references, and a background check. Duties Include: - Engaging in fun, sensory-friendly activities - Providing supervision, structure, and support - Light transport to activities or outings (summer budget provided!) - Maintaining a calm, safe, & positive environment
