My 4-year-old has a disability so he is nonverbal and doesnt eat regular food for meals, he has complete pediatric he drinks in his sippy cup. May have another drink right after if still hungry. He is very picky and particular about his tv shows he likes to watch the incredibles, ratatouille, Toy Story, bolt and zootopia. I just play them in a rotation. My oldest and 4-year-old attend the same school and get out at 3:30 except my daughter goes to after school program and typically home by 6. My youngest son goes to daycare and he gets out the earliest and is home by 2:45. I give him a snack and drink when he comes to hold him over until dinner around like 7. I let them roam around and play until dinner and then after dinner its bath and whine down time watch a movie until fall asleep.
