Part-Time Care For Active 4-Year-Old

We're looking for a caring, high-energy nanny to pick up our 4-year-old son from preschool at 11:30 a.m. and care for him until I finish work. He's bright, curious, and full of energy. He also has an IEP and receives supportive services, so we're looking for someone patient, adaptable, and able to provide structure and encouragement throughout the day. We also have a 1. 5-year-old daughter who will need to be picked up from her nearby daycare at 4:30 p.m. and may occasionally need care earlier during school vacations, closures, or schedule changes. I work from home and will be in my office most of the day, so I need someone who can take the lead and create a safe, engaging, and fun environment. Ideal candidates are reliable, nurturing, and experienced with preschool-aged children or IEP support. Schedule: weekdays, 11:30 a.m. -5:00 p.m.
