Looking for helper; someone who can assist with baby needs while parent WFH, this may include tending to the dogs or doing light house chores. Experience with caring for infants. Knowledge of child development. Willingness to engage with child. Fluency in more than one language speaking preferred (especially if fluent in Spanish and/or Lao). Experience working with diverse families. Excellent time management. Calm demeanor. Flexible. Ability to do light housekeeping (ex. dishes, laundry, light cleaning), meal prep. Comfortable with dogs: make time to let dogs out, feed dogs, go for walks. Must have excellent communication skills. Respectful of healthy boundaries. Musical talents are a plus. Activities with baby include: feeding, burping, changing diaper, reading to, engaging in developmentally appropriate activities, and more.
