I have a 2-month-old baby girl, so I am looking for someone with experience caring for infants. Help her with developmental activities and comfortable with handling breastmilk and bottle feeding. I am a postpartum doula, so my schedule varies. My need for child care and the hours aren't known until pretty last minute (unless it's a scheduled c-section!). However, I will usually need someone for 3-4 hours a day 2-4 days a week. Open availability and flexibility is VERY important for us. I will be reviewing all applicants on 10/15 and then conducting interviews. I will then select someone to watch her a few times while I am home, so the transition is easier. You would be starting consistently around Dec/ Jan when she's closer to 4-5 months old.
