Morning sitter needed starting January in Fitchburg for my 3-year-old daughter (autistic + autoimmune sensitivities). Looking for a calm, reliable female sitter only. Schedule: Tues 7-8:15 a.m. Wed 7-8:15 a.m. Thu 5:30-8:15 a.m. (Will pay full 1. 5 hrs Tues/Wed and 3 hrs Thurs.) Duties: Consistent routine, gentle supervision in common areas, light prep, bring her to van at 8:10-8:15. Requirements: Toddler experience, ASD experience or willing to learn, autoimmune precautions (handwashing, no scents/smoke). CPR Certified, reliable, punctual, OK with indoor cameras, ID + references required. House rules: No visitors, no going outside except van pickup, common areas only, lock door upon exiting.
