Looking For Part Time Nanny In Dedham Area

We are looking for a part time nanny as I (mom) return to work more consistently. Days/hours are a bit up in the air and flexible as mom is self-employed, but the goal is to start with care about 2-3 days/week, most likely Monday/Tuesday or Tuesday/Wednesday. Ideally, hours will focus on early afternoon and evening. Looking for someone who has some flexibility but we will obviously commit to fixed # of hours a week. Care is for our almost 9-month-old daughter, and there is also an energetic and kind golden retriever in the home. Parents may sometimes be home working in office space away from main living areas so comfortability with that is helpful. Looking for someone who takes initiative with developmentally appropriate activities and does some light housekeeping related to daughter. We appreciate creativity, calmness, and autonomy.
