Our daughter has a motor delay and works with an OT/PT. Someone with experience with children with motor delays would be ideal. At minimum, we need someone who is willing to work on her exercises with her and who will be engaged and provide developmental support and structure. She naps twice a day, sometimes 3 times and has very obvious sleepy cues and we need someone who is willing to follow her cues more than following a strict time schedule. I need someone who will communicate with me throughout the day and share updates and photos and provide an overview of the day before leaving each day. Someone who is willing to let the dogs out throughout the day, and bring them on a walk when they go for a walk with our daughter is a must. We need someone who will clean up after themselves and our daughter and not create more of a mess.
