Hello! My husband and I are looking for a part time nanny starting in October for my 4-month-old (she will be 4 months in October). We ideally are looking for someone who has experience nannying for a baby this age. I would Iike her to have structure and routine throughout her day with some socialization experiences in the town. Also someone who can work on language development - we want to teach her basic baby sign language! I am a first time mom so would love someone who is understanding of this and that Ill be navigating leaving my baby in someone elses hands for the first time. I have a flexible work schedule so need someone with flexibility but am ideally looking for help Tuesday-Thursday (hours may slightly vary day to day). Would love someone who can grow with our family! Thank you
